Clause 58 – Another Update

Just to report that the Commons Committee looking at the Coroners and Justice Bill that includes the controversial Clause 58 met again on Tuesday. The transcripts of their deliberations are available online, but since they are now working through the Bill clause by clause, and since they have only reached the mid 30s, there’s nothing to report!!

The committee met again yesterday, but Hansard hasn’t yet been published, so I’ll try and report back later if the conversation moved as far as Clause 58.
